YES, admit it. We all gain a little extra weight during the holiday season. Big meals, snacking in between, and let us not forget.. DESSERTS. Wouldn’t it be nice to cut your calories during the holiday season? Well, I’m about to share some of my holiday secret products that I myself live by (as well as my family and friends) to cut the calories all while enjoying a heavy carb/fat/calorie meal (kind of sounds like a dream come true right?):
Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2. I seriously live by this stuff. What these little gems do is help cut up to 500 carb calories per meal and makes you fuller for loner. Yes, they do that! I take at least 2-3 tablets per day (I usually take them 2-3 times a week). I’veMy family and friends have noticed a drop in weight since taking these carb blockers. It’s really amazing because I still eat like I do and work out (when I have the time) but yet, the pounds are melting off just like that because of these carb blockers. XS Energy Drinks. Who doesn’t love drinking an energy drink every now and then? But, who dreads the awful racing heart, getting jittery, and can’t forget about the awful crash. XS energy drinks are the only energy drinks I’ve had that don’t do all things I’ve just mentioned. These energy drinks are low carb, only have 8-10 calories, and best of all have 0 sugar. Loaded with vitamins like A, C, Calcium, Iron just to name a few. How could this stuff not be good for you? I usually skip the holiday high calorie drinks and opt for these energy drinks.
